The details that we will need in order\n to proceed are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong> Proposed name (we have a list of pre-approved names if you want to choose)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b)<\/strong> Description of company activities (2-3 lines)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c)<\/strong> Copy of passport of shareholder (or shareholders)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>d)<\/strong> Bank reference for the shareholders as per the text below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the request of Omegaserve \nSecretarial, of Limassol Cyprus, we hereby confirm that (name of \nbeneficial owner) has held properly conducted account(s) with us for \nmany years and we consider him respectable and good for normal business \nengagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>e)<\/strong> Occupation of shareholders (if there is a business card please provide us with one)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>f)<\/strong> Residential address of shareholders (please provide us with a copy of utility bill (electricity or water etc) as a proof<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note 1:<\/strong> If you want anonymity then nominee shareholders and directors can be appointed.
