Belong to groups with transparent ownership and sources of capital or corporation quoted on any recognized stock exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Operate from their self-contained \noffice which should be located in suitable distinct premises, equipped \nwith appropriate office and telecommunication facilities, open during \nnormal office hours and staffed with full time personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normally IBCs may employ up to three non\n EU Nationals in executive positions. The company is expected to recruit\n non-executive staff within the island unless comparable Cypriot \npersonnel are not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The non EU Nationals who wish to be \nemployed in an executive position in Cyprus must be at least 24 years \nold and have suitable qualifications. The minimum acceptable annual \nsalary is \u20ac 42.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The following is required to obtain a work permit.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In respect of the company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Certificate of Registration<\/li><li>Memorandum and Articles of Association<\/li><li>Certificate of Directors and Shareholders<\/li><li>Certificate of Registered Office<\/li><li>Profile describing the nature of the company\u2019s business and details of its office operations and staff requirements in Cyprus.<\/li><li>List showing the names of the Directors and Shareholders with their passport number, nationality \\ns addresses abroad<\/li><li>In case of new BCs, lease agreement for\n its office in Cyprus (if not available, it should be presented to the \nCivil Registry and Migration Department within 2 months).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In respect of the executive staff<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contract of employment, stating annual salary and services duration<\/li><li>Forms M61. (application for Temporary Residence Permit) and M64 \n(application for employment permit) fully completed and duly signed.<\/li><li>Copy of applicant\u2019s C.V.<\/li><li>Copy of passport\u2019s data pages<\/li><li>Copy of ARC certificate<\/li><li>Certificate of criminal record<\/li><li>Bank Guarantee from the employer<\/li><li>Medical certificate<\/li><li>Medical insurance certificate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Newly established companies need to have\n an issued and paid share capital of \u20ac 42.000. Established companies \nneed to submit audited financial statements of the previous year, \nmovement of the company\u2019s accounts that prove the normal functioning of \nthe company by the Registrar of Companies and the tax clearance issued \nby the Inland Revenue Department.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eligible companies 1.
